Meeting with Nicholas Gess Assistant AG and Terrorized by Hayden

When my parents and myself moved into Hancock in Maine, the phone was a mess. My mother took notice of it first. Pops, clicks, and echoes on the line. Their friends noticed it as well. Living in Nashua with Sanders (now BAE) in the area, we were used to roving taps by NSA. They are not interested if someone is going to knock off a bank or kill someone. They are hunting for subversives, threats to national security. Newer taps are nice and clean. They don’t interfere with phone calls. Hancock not. We were ‘from away,’ and we were prey.

The echoes on the phone, the clicks and pops, and open line feedback.

It was so bad that we had a hard time with calls.

I would later find out, from law enforcement outside of the area, that the FBI didn’t want Maine State Troopers in the area to have this equipment as they were using it illegally. Cases had been thrown out when affidavits were questioned as to the source. Yet no one called the FBI to investigate the officers.

My parents and their friends heard it as well. I complained on the phone to either ‘get better tap equipment or stay off the line’.

People ‘from away,’ are discriminated against.

After the home invasion, Pratt used key numbers that were unrelated to the so-called ‘controlled substance’ in mind. So blatant that I knew Officer Michael Pratt was doing the illegal phone taps.

The arresting officer, Maine State Trooper Dennis Hayden, had to go to several other counties to get the warrant signed, as judges knew that ‘dirty cops,’ were on loose and free to do whatever they wanted.

The judges in Hancock County didn’t want the ‘hot potato,’ in their courtroom as I was told that ‘they came in too early’. This in itself indicates that the judges were hesitant to sign the warrant based on conjecture and didn’t want the case in their courts as they knew

something that I didn’t concerning these officers that no would address.

The blame was being placed on the federal government. They wanted the ‘hot potato,’ passed to the federal, as everyone does the stupid act.

There was a grand jury to get the case out the states hands in Ellsworth Maine. I wanted to be present with a piece of chalk and a blackboard. This was denied as the blame game came into play,

Attorney Neil Weinstein had set up an appointment with Nicholas Gess. Gess being a new assistant AG transferred from his position as a prosecutor with the state of Maine was well aware of the indiscretions of the officers.

The illegal phone taps continued. My parents and myself were terrified. I was barely sleeping and only with major doses of sedatives. I shook and screamed at night. I was barely having bowel movements. We had guns in every room. We were terrified.

The meeting became very hostile. Even before the meeting, Pratt was walking in front of my parents and myself intimating us. Wearing his Maine State Police officers hat indoors like he was raised in a barn. Walking in front of us and slamming doors. We were frightened and intimidated. We were in a federal building far from home; me on fabricated charges.

The sit down with Gess amounted to more hostility towards us. Hayden was there. Gess wasn’t going to supply the exculpatory evidence so that I could defend myself. All my journal articles were necessary to defend me. Gess had been with the state for some time and was covering up for the dirty officers. He wanted to know why I bought so many chemicals. I could not understand. A few kilos? I mentioned that I can get barrels and barrels of chems. He wanted to know where, and then threatened me with giving me only 5 years in prison if I co-operated. Then he didn’t give me my exculpatory evidence.

Hayden was asked, who signed the warrant. He responded, ‘blind justice, he will sign anything.’ Openly admitting that he went to this judge in particular as no other judge would sign for the warrant.

There was no fax from the DEA. Just the word of an outlaw wearing a badge in an area that the courts and officials looked aside when it came to gross violations of citizens’ rights.

Was told by multiple sources that Gess didn’t represent the State of Maine or the United States, that he only represented himself. Covering up for Pratt and Hayden. The courts knew that the officers were dirty and did not call the FBI.

During the winters, as a child, I lived with my parents in southern NH. Aerospace, pharmaceuticals, defense, electronics, and industrial chemical production. Tons and tons, along with the highly toxic waste.

I lived with my parents a street away from the late Roland Kohl and his wife Elise, a wonderful person and very talented artist. Roland was a senior salesperson with Grace, Hampshire, and discussed South American sales. MEK being sold to electronics firms in South America. We would have lunch and dinner occasionally. I grew up in an environment surrounded by some brilliant minds.

The DEA (1980?) mentioned in releases that Grace and Lilly supplied 90+ percent of all the solvents used in the production of cocaine by the cartels.

I don’t study this, but recently checked and 50 US chemical companies were selling solvents to South America.

I did business with the DEA as they supplied small quantities of chemicals for research. They went after individuals making controlled substances, but not research. I told them that I was not interested in the synthesis of illegal substances. They said that they knew this. I was even asked if I wanted to work with them handling chemical sales out west under a chemical company named Buckeye.

Truly, the only way to control a market is to run it. Screen the good from the bad, the chaff from the wheat. I had been told that they knew

I was not creating controlled substances. ‘Precursor control,’ contacts law enforcement on occasions to let them know that chemicals which ‘could be used,’ in the construction of controlled substances had been purchased. ‘Could be,’ I add as they can also be used in the construction of thousands of other molecules, and this being fact, purchasing was not in itself grounds for probable cause. Hense the lie from Dennis Hayden. He would not consult with Dr. James Young, the chemist hired for the state of Maine.

DEA in Boston was good to me and answered questions over many years. They provided me books on molecules that they were having problems with and although legal, asked me not to sell or create them or supply anyone with chemicals that could be used in their construction as they were causing serious problems, namely phencyclidine type molecules. I was interested in new unexplored molecules, that may have medical applications to replace the toxic psychotropics that covered the Nashua area and physicians and hospitals such as St Joseph’s Hospital. These drugs were giving abusively as there are no patient rights in this nation.

So-called ‘rights,’ are guaranteed when they are protected. The only rights that we have are those acknowledged and defended by state and federal agencies.

I had been looking at a molecule in a Russian foreign journal article with an agent, wondering if it might be active and if they had come across it. I was told that they knew nothing about it and the only way to tell was to try it.

The DEA’s cover got blown with the sales of chemicals that could be used in the construction of controlled substances. Everyone was trying to unload the chemicals that they had. I contacted one of their front companies and told them that I was disappointed that this had happened. The agents had been trying to locate a molecule that I felt may be of value in the replacement of the drugs which were causing harm, by chronically being given as free samples and multi-month prescriptions for by Hughes and other physicians in Nashua.

The agents could not locate the Katine for me and had suggested several specialty companies which that had not called. But now the DEA was scrabbling to unload warehouses full of chemicals. I was thinking about marketing ephedrine tablets. The agent said that he had 6 barrels of it that he wanted to get rid of fast and would charge me $300 a barrel. I said that’s a great deal, but would need a tableting machine and if they had any from busting drug labs. He said that they had a single head press and would send an agent to show me how to use it. I mentioned that I did business with a company that had a ten head press that was just sitting in the warehouse and would get back to them. I figured that getting a company going tableting ephedrine at that time would be chasing the parade. Its new structures that had not been developed that were the new frontier in pharmaceuticals.

Going thru the literature there are highly active legal chemical analogs to 2,5, DMA. Very highly active. Even Gess had a copy of the paper given to him by Dr. Young from my collection. Why they were even saying that I was to make a molecule which is illegal, and weakly active? This makes no sense, no logic. It was a shakedown for money, and Gess was a party to covering this up.

It was the abduction of justice and law replaced with brut force and terror. It was an act of terrorism to be further concealed at a federal level.

I had been in contact with the DEA concerning the drugging and sexual assaults in NH previous to the home invasion. Over the years they knew of my hatred of conventional psychiatric drugs because they don’t cure, or fix a problem, and are quite toxic.

Boatloads of cocaine were freely being off loaded all along the coast of Maine with impunity. The coast guard had been cut. Smugglers were off loading tons of cocaine. It was so blatant that I could walk on the coast and wave to the off loaders.

And myself, sitting with a prosecutor that was cutting his teeth… not interested in looking into the drugging of defense workers, more interested in covering up dirty officers, and not contacting the FBI. I felt very threatened by Hayden and then a prosecutor that wanted to make his name on petty cases. Show trials, as the smugglers are off loading boats filled with tons of cocaine.

And then Gess asked who supplied all the chemicals. It didn’t make any sense. Everyone knew it was the United States that was supplying chemicals, all across the globe.

​When the attorneys told him about Dr. Hughes drugging and assaulting women in a defense community. He did nothing. Years later he worked as a lobbyist for some defense companies. Real poor.
