There was no ‘clandestine drug lab.’
Other law enforcement officers provided me with information that there were several dirty officers. They were using illegal phone taps and lying on affidavits to warrants. Later, I would find out that the courts had known this and had done nothing to call in the FBI. Bystanders.
Dennis Hayden had to go to multiple judges across county lines to get the warrant as the judges were not going along with the home invasion. When Hayden was asked, “who signed the warrant?”
He responded, “Blind justice.” It seemed like a strange response, he would elaborate.
“He will sign anything.”
The supposed call from the DEA as to a drug lab was not backed by fax or recording. There was no corroboration for Hayden’s statements that he swore under oath to Judge Courtland.
At or around midnight on the 18th of October of 1985, a gang of officers began hitting the side of my family’s house.
This makes no sense. No fax to back his accusations.
No Drugs, No Labs
No Drugs. No ‘clandestine lab,’ that I would be slandered by Michele Pratt to the news networks, television, radio and newspapers.
There was no controlled substances. I had collected wild mushroom cultures with a professor from the University of Lowell. To which Hayden would arrest me for. Michael Pratt, the officer uncharge yelled at me that all mushrooms were illegal except for the ones in stores. Then he took a stack of skin magazines and smacked me across the face saying that they were illegal. I yelled back, “I am an American. I have the right to literature.” I have a hard time understanding people. Why would the other officers allow this? Maybe the other officers looked up to the senior officer much in the way that Natzis did when the Jews were being thrown in ovens.
